At Virtual Notary SA, we strive to provide high-quality services to meet your notarization and legal document certification needs. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Services Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the notarial services you paid for within the agreed time frame, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.

Incorrect Charges: If you have been charged incorrectly (for example, for services not rendered or incorrect pricing), we will issue a refund for the overcharge.
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

Change of Mind: Once the notarization process has been completed, we do not offer refunds based on a change of mind.

Incorrect Information Provided: If the documents or information provided by you are incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for providing a refund.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@virtualnotarysa.co.za or call 012 433 6436. You will need to provide:

Your full name

The email address used for the transaction

A brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request

Proof of payment (if available)
3. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of submission. Once the refund has been approved, it will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, where partial services have been rendered (for example, if we have partially notarized a document), we may issue a partial refund, based on the services provided up to that point.
5. Service Fees
Please note that transaction fees, if applicable, may not be refundable. These fees are imposed by payment processors and third-party services.
6. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately.
