We’ve made online notarization simple, secure, and accessible across South Africa. Here’s what to expect when using our virtual notarial services:
1. Book Your Appointment
After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details—plus a link to your secure virtual meeting page.
2. Verify Your Identity
Complete our automated ID verification process before your appointment.

3. Attend the Online Meeting
During your meeting:

Present your original South African ID or passport to the notary on camera.

Sign your documents physically while on video.
📌 Please ensure your document is printed and your ID is ready before the meeting begins.
4. Upload Your Signed Document
Once signed, scan and upload your document directly via the “Your Uploaded Documents” section on your meeting page.
5. Receive Your Notarized Documents
You’ll receive the officially notarized version of your document(s) via email, typically within the same day.
Please Note:

All signers must be physically located within South Africa during the notarization.
If you or your signers are located outside the country, please use our International Notarization service. -
All signers must be in the same location during the meeting.
If not, our Remote Signing Option can accommodate signers in different locations.
